What happens after you get in touch
1You tell us what it is doing
Not what you think is wrong, but what you can observe. Blowing warm, not blowing at all, tripping a breaker, water on the floor, a noise that started last week. That is what lets us send the right person with the right parts.
2We quote the diagnostic fee
Before we dispatch, so you know what the visit costs before anyone gets in a truck. There is no travel or mileage charge anywhere in our service area.
3We diagnose and explain
You get the finding, in plain terms, with the repair option and the replacement option where both are genuine. No decision is required on the spot.
4The work gets done
Most repairs are completed on the first visit because the trucks carry common parts. Installations are scheduled, permitted and inspected.
What to have ready
None of this is required, and we will work it out with you if you do not have it. It just makes the first visit faster.
- Roughly how old the system is, if you know
- What it is doing, and when it started
- Whether the outdoor unit is running
- When the filter was last changed
- Whether there is water anywhere near the indoor unit
If you are not sure what to describe, the troubleshooting guide walks through the usual symptoms, and common HVAC problems covers what each one usually means.
Not sure which service you need?
That is normal, and it is our job rather than yours. If it has failed, start with repair or emergency AC repair. If it is old and you are weighing options, see installation and financing. If nothing is wrong and you want to keep it that way, that is maintenance. For a building rather than a house, see commercial HVAC.
