HVAC Brands We Service
We are factory-certified to install and service all five of these manufacturers, for residential and commercial customers, under Florida contractor license CAC1820870. We also repair equipment from brands not listed here.
Carrier
Carrier equipment is common across Tampa Bay, particularly in homes built or re-equipped in the last fifteen years.
Carrier service & repair →Goodman
Goodman is the value brand you will find in a great many Tampa Bay rentals, flips and builder-grade installations, and it is frequently misunderstood.
Goodman service & repair →Rheem
Rheem systems turn up throughout Tampa Bay in both residential and light commercial settings, and the brand is often paired with Rheem water heating in the same property.
Rheem service & repair →LG
LG is what we install when there is no good way to run ductwork. Additions, converted garages, Florida rooms, and older homes where the duct system cannot be extended.
LG service & repair →Midea
Midea is one of the largest HVAC manufacturers in the world. It also builds equipment sold under other brand names, so plenty of Tampa Bay homeowners own Midea hardware without knowing it.
Midea service & repair →Not sure what you have?
The manufacturer and model are on the data plate, usually a sticker on the side of the outdoor unit or inside the air handler door. Send us that model and serial number and we can tell you the age of the system and whether it is still in warranty before quoting any work.
Some equipment is also built by one manufacturer and sold under another name. Midea in particular builds systems for several other brands, so a unit that does not say Midea on the outside may still take Midea parts.
